EPDM Rubber Roof Systems -–Proven performance that provides low maintenance and excellent weathering characteristics

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roof Systems -- Thermoplastic polyolefin, or TPO, is the fastest-growing segment of the commercial roofing industry, and has been directly attributed to a reduction in energy use and cooling costs for buildings, especially in warm, southern climates.

Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Roof Systems - An excellent option for reflective roofing, PVC offers building owners the potential for decreased cooling costs. PVC also offers proven resistance to rooftop chemicals, including acids, oils and greases.

Green Roof Systems -- Reduces urban heat island effects, provides storm water run-off management, adds valuable/useable space providing economic benefits, reduces rooftop noise infiltration by up to 40dB. Increases energy efficiency year-round and enhances air and water purification.

Shingles -- Asphalt, metal, clay/tile, slate, elastromeric

Coatings -- A reflective white surface can not only save energy; it also saves up to half the cost of a new roof while adding up to 15 years of life to your existing roof. Also comes in other colors.

SBS Modified Roof Systems -- SBS Modified Roofing Systems combine exceptional elongation and fatigue resistance properties with the strength of a glass-reinforced polyester mat.

Sheet Metal Work –– Metal roofs are favored for their fire-resistant qualities, longevity, and speed of installation. They are also surprisingly lightweight and are great at reflecting heat from the sun.

Standing Seam Metal –- The attributes of Standing Seam Metal roofing are impressive. Durable and long lasting, a metal roof requires little maintenance, can be retrofitted over many existing roofing materials, is available in a wide range of colors and styles, and is fire resistant.
