I have had the privilege of working with Mr. Todd Biter on a roofing project here at Vanderbilt University. Although Tworivers Roofing was lowest bidder on the project, their workmanship and level of caring was not compromised as is usually the case. The particular project we worked on was for the oldest structures on Vanderbilt Campus, "Old Central" was the original farmhouse built in 1853. It had an original lead paneled roof that needed some sections cut out and repaired, along with a new water proofing coating and flashing details. We were worried about the historic preservation side of this restoration and explained to Mr. Biter the details and parameters. When his competition said it couldn't be done properly in the time frame that was suggested, he personally came to the site and worked with his men to achieve what others said was not possible.
Mr. Biter and Tworivers Roofing since have bid on other Vanderbilt projects and will continue to work here at Vanderbilt University on our roofing projects.
I also recommended Tworivers to my neighbor. She needed her asphalt shingle roof replaced. Again, Todd came in with a lower cost to do the work and won the bid. Their detail of workmanship and quality of construction was excellent. She is very happy that I suggested Tworivers and feels she made the right decision by employing Tworivers.

As the previous Director of Physical Plant Services at Austin Peay State University, I used Two Rivers Roofing Company to replace and repair roofing issues on state property buildings. Although, I have never met or had personal contact with this company before I worked for Austin Peay, they truly impressed me on their organizational skills approaching and setup a large project. Before they started any phase of a project, they made sure that all materials were on site and all forms of communication, arrangements and notices were established with the customer.
Their business ethics really speaks for itself in the way they monitor the daily progress, maintaining the esthetics around site and insuring that no safety issues arise.
At present, I now work for the World Head Quarters for the Methodist Church as their Facilities Manager. My first year I had to replace and repair the roofs of three buildings and once again I relied on Two Rivers.

I have used Two Rivers Roofing services for several years. During my career with the State of Tennessee, I have facilitated several departments’ properties: Health, Data, Environmental, Safety, Military, and Corrections. Todd and Chris have always responded to our needs quickly and made repairs promptly. The staff has always treated our problem with professionalism on every repair. The difficult repairs at some of our aged sites required them to make several trips to complete the repair and they did so at no additional cost to the taxpayers.
Being a State facilitator, I have to spend taxpayer money and I do so with reason. My objective is to save as much as possible and pay a reasonable rate.
